Examination & FittingWhat to ExpectOur office is particularly well equipped for contact lens fitting and follow up care provided by our doctors and our contact lens certified optician and technicians. To ensure the optimal contact lens experience, our practice utilizes specialized lenses, individualized consultations, multimedia presentations, and sample lenses for trial assessments. New advances in contact lens technology enable more patients to enjoy the benefits of contact lens wear, including those patients who have previously discontinued contact lens wear, or require bifocal or astigmatic correction.If you have never worn contact lenses and are interested in having them prescribed, your doctor will be pleased to discuss all therapeutic options during your initial visit. If you already wear contact lenses regularly, please wear them on the day of your examination. This will assist your doctor in the evaluation of your ocular health and determination of any necessary therapy. If you have not been wearing your contact lenses regularly, simply bring them with you, in the storage case, on the day of your examination. |
